Project Description
Plumbing - A two storey addition at the rear northwest portion of the building. This building is also now going to be a three residential unit property. There is one unit for the ground floor and basement, one unit for the front portion of the second and all of the third floor and one unit for the second floor rear portion of the floor. There is also a second level concrete balcony at the rear complete with exterior stairs and the basement walkout is to be enlarged.
