Project Description
The design incorporates a door opening in the wall between the second and third sprinklered storeys. The opening between storeys exceeds a horizontal area of 10 m2. However the vertical opening size into the third storey will be limited to less than 10 m2 by sprinkler protected glazed wall assembly in conformance with OBC 3.1.8.18. (Vertical) opening is approximately 6.23 m2, less than the permitted 10 m2.
