Project Description
The proposed M2M Squared Phase 2 building will be provided with a standpipe system. In lieu of required fire hose stations, it is proposed to install 65 mm fire hose valve connections within the exit stairs in accordance with the NBC and NFPA 14. Fire hose valve connections will be located such that sufficient fire hose coverage of 33 m (based on 30 m hose length + 3 m hose stream) is provided in all floor areas in the building.
