Project Description

Revision 02; second floor water closet to remain, existing second floor dental room to be converted into meeting room with staff kitchenette relocated.REVISION - additional alterations to 2nd floor, addition of fire hose cabinets on 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, deletion of sanitary line upgrade, minor revisions to parition and door schedule, HVA revisions in the basement, ground, 4th, and 5th floors Plumbing - Proposed interior alteration include existing vacant third floor to be renovated into youth support health clinic with dental and child-minding services. Existing vacant fifth floor to be renovated into staff offices. Minor alterations to existing second floor dental and child-minding spaces and kitchenette added. Noted deficiencies of existing building systems, and rough in of plumbing for 4th and 6th floor included in scope.
