Front Facade Exterior Improvements: demo the sloped glazing roof, front windows and doors. Proposed low-sloped canopy and 'frame' around window. See proposed drawings. Stucco front face brick and part of side, reface the front steps w/ stone. Demo brick guards, replace with glass. Make good interior where affected. No new area GFA. Area of work=NIL. Replace front door and front windows.
