Project Description
Conditional Permit - Part Permit - The project is a new research facility on York University Campus with 2-storeys in building height. The Project will be connected to the existing Sherman Health Sciences Facility by walkways at Levels 1 and 2. Level 1 (basement) contain labs with restricted access that will be classified as a Group F, Division 3 major occupancy. Level 2 (first storey) will include consultation offices and meeting spaces. Level 3 will consist of offices and workstations. Levels 2 and 3 will be classified as Group D major occupancies.
