Project Description
Proposal for the design of the standpipe and hose system for the mixed-use 10-storey residential condominium development at 1088-1118 Kingston Road. Project includes a mechanical penthouse level and 3 levels of underground parking, residential condomniums on the 2nd-10th floors and retail spaces on the Ground floor. indoor residential amenities are provided on the 2nd and 9th floors. An outdoor amenity is also provided on the 9th floor.Alternative Solution proposal (standpipe dseign system) intended to be applied to the entire building (including below grade levels). This building will be protected by electrically supervised automatic sprinkler protection throughout and will be equipped with an electrically supervised fire alarm system.
