Project Description
Alternative Solution to provide sprinkler protection in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 13R Installation od Sprinkler Systems in Low-Rise Residential Occupancies in lieu of providing a second exit from the second floor and third floor. The sprinkler protection will be installed in the second floor, third floor, and attic. The sprinkler systems will be provided with water motor gongs installed outside the houses. 1564 King St W is provided with manual pull station which will activate the interlocked smoke alarms in every floor of the house to provide early warning to occupants.
