Conditional Permit - Part Permit - Construct a 14 storey residential building with 422 units with 4 level underground parking garageprior to the issuance of the first above grade building permit, a financial contribution in the amount of $400,000 shall be submitted to secure for public art and $800,000 to be used for improvements to the local park and the pedestrian realm between the subject site and the Sheppard West subway station, to be determined by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the local Councillor;
