Project Description

Alternative Solution proposes additional measures to facilitate timely egress and efficient fire department operations and to limit fire spread between floor areas to address the second floor exit stair being open to the ground floor. Additional features include: Interconnected smoke alarms are installed on each floor within the suite, the occupant load on the second floor is limited to 13 people.
