BP Applications No. 16 271760 00 NBThis proposal addresses the standpipe system to be installed in Ravine, a new fully sprinklered residential apartment project at 1215 York mills road, Toronto. The project consists of two above-ground components over a 3-level basement storage Garage. The west component is designated "Building D" and will be 24 Storeys in building height, the east component is designated "Building E" and will be 12 Storeys in building height. Despite the separate "building" designations of the west and east components, the entire project constitutes a single building under the building code as no firewall subdivides the structure.
