Proposed ground and second floor renovations. Existing one storey unheated frame rear structure to be removed and a proposed new window and door to be incorporated into the existing rear wall of the house, including a new wood landing and steps. No changes to existing landscaping. Interior renovations to include new kitchen and cosmetic renovations to ground floor and renovated bathroom to the existing second floor. No associated work proposed to the existing party wall.
