Project Description

Alternative solution to address the standpipe system to be installed in a new sprinklered residential apartment project in the south portion of the property at 3050 Pharmacy Ave. No hose cabinets will be provided from the ground floor upwards where only 65mm dia. hose connections will be provided. However, fire hose stations will be provided in the new basement levels in consideration that hose stations are installed in the basement of the existing tower.
