Project Description

Project scope is to renovate in place the selected areas of an existing one storey + mezzanine building to serve the new group D business-occupancy tenant. Scope of work includes the selective demolition of existing interior fit-out to coordinate with new plan. New interior construction to include three new meeting rooms and the retrofit of existing open workspace, conference rooms and huddle rooms. Overall tenant area is 24,161 square feet, new project areas to be affected by the alterations is approximately 4,973 square feet.
