Project Description

Fire damage repairs - Selective replacement of the floor joists under the living room, main entrance and hallway at the staircase is required. The dropped beam within the area of damage must be removed and replaced. Temporary supports or shoring is required to support the stair and second floor joist during the restoration process, refer to drawings.
