Project Description

Plumbing - The project involves an interior renovation to an existing warehouse. The intent is to modify the interiors to showcase three model suites for future long term care buildings. These are model suites and will not be occupied for overnight stays and will not have functioning sinks and toilets in the en - suite washrooms. The model suites will have functioning lights, ventilation and sprinklers. The existing conference room, kitchenette and WCs will remain but finishes are to be upgraded.
