Project Description
Provision of a new grease interceptor and decommissioning of the existing grease interceptor in the same area. The existing grease interceptor is buried and will be infilled following activation of the new above slab interceptor. The new interceptor can handle slightly greater flow than the existing unit but is serving the same load and will discharge to the same sanitary drainage system.
