Plumbing - Removal of 1 load bearing wall and partially of another on the main floor adding a pwd. room main floor. Upgrading kitchen and bath room on main and second floor. Relocating basement bathroom, laundry romm and mech room. Upgrading all electical wiring to old wiring therefore all gypsum board will be replaced and existing value insulation will be will be re-installed. Add back water valve.
