Project Description
Alternative solution related to Permit No. 19 225477. Pipe penetrations are passing through the NLT fire rated floors on levels 2 to 4 of the building. There are currently no ULC systems that provide fire stopping for NLT floor systems. 3M has provided engineering judgements A through E that meet the required F ratings for fire stops that protect the pipe penetrations through the 1h and 2h NLT floor systems. These engineering judgements meet the intent of the code.
