Project Description
Alternative Solution regarding location of fire hose cabinets. In lieu of fire hose cabinets (and its associated hose) on the floor areas, it is proposed to provide 65mm diameter standpipe hose connections within the exit stairs and as required on the respective floor areas of the building in alignment with the standpipe system configuration requirements in the 2015 National Building Code of Canada and the 2013 edition of NFPA 14, Standard for the Installation of Standpipe and Hose Systems.
