Project Description

Plumbing - Addition to extend the fourth and fifth floors to the north, as well as renovation of the fourth and fifth floor bridge link, to facilitate, meeting rooms, data collection rooms, gallery, change room, gross motor therapy and data collection space. The addition contains one new washroom, sprinkler system mechanical system and mechanical penthouse serving the proposed addition, The existing mechanical and sprinkler systems on the bridge link will be reconfigured to suit.
