Project Description

Plumbing - Securing precariously built beam and supports with structurally designed components by an approved engineer. All existing upper walls are to be maintained with no change in location. Retrofitting common bathroom and current en-suite bathroom for main bedroom. Insulation of attic, installation of engineered hardwood floors and drywall throughout the building as well as upgrading electrical system where required to accomodate new design. Retrofitting existing window structures with insert window panels (nostructural component of any window is to be modified). Replace rotting enclosing walls and insulation with new materials and current up to code insulation on outer walls of building, as well as replacing uneven basement concrete slab with new, properly drained concrete slab. Re-build current basement bathroom.
