Project Description
REV 02 - New ERV unit selected, and location of unit has been revised. GWB bulkhead required to house new unit.REV -01 for layoutVAC - Proposal for interior alterations to demolish existing demising partition between rooms 143 & 144, and remove existing millwork, floor finishes and ceiling tiles. Construction of new kitchen counter to include sink and faucet (new plumbing connections). New fan coil to be installed above ceiling to provide chilled air space . Renovation to include new floor, ceiling and paint finishes throughout. Additional power and data connections will be provided in the room and retrofit of existing doors to provide controlled access.
