Project Description
REV 01 - HVAC - comments recieved to add Fire smoke dampers in the make up air duct riser. New ammendmant came on 28 February 2023 waived this requirement. Based on this we are applying to review our building permit drawings again so inspector on site can approve the rough-in and we can continoue the construciton. Also the exhasut duct riser added in serving electrical room and storage on each level. HVAC - Construct a new 15 storey building with 1 storey underground parking garage, with retail space and 220 residential units
