Project Description

REV 01: Eliminate proposed skylights, add new windows to the southern side of the roof, and update HVAC drawings to match architectural.Proposal for multiple projects to an existing 1 storey SFD-detached dwelling. Scope of work includes a new 2nd floor addition, a front bay window additon, interior alterations, a rear covered deck, a covered porch and legalize and maintain the 2nd suite in the basement.
