Project Description
Revision to the basement - switching bathroom and laundry room.Proposed Interior Alterations 4 rows of new hand railings to be installed for basement to main, main, main to 2nd and 2nd floor ( Total 8 sqm the hand rails and posts will be wood, balusters will be metal, the speciffication will comply with Ontario Building Code 3.4.6.5. handrails. Old lathe/plaster party wall on on the second floor needed to be partially removed (8.72x2.4m) and will be replaced with Fire rated 5/8 drywall and Sound/Fire proof insulation.
