Project Description

Proposal for interior alterations to the basement, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor levels of this existing fourplex (4 dwelling units). Existing condition: 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors are each a separate dwelling unit with 4 bedrooms + 1 washroom on each floor. Basement dwelling unit includes 3 bedrooms + 1 washroom. Proposal includes: Basement level work to the separate existing laundry & mechanical rooms. Also, the construction of 2 additional sanitary facilities (washrooms) for a total of 3 per floor to serve each of the (now reduced) 3 bedrooms on each of the above grade floors.
