Project Description

As part of a mixed-use complex, "Building G" consists of the below-grade parkade, all podium buildings supporting the six residential towers, and the entirety of the office building at the southeast corner of the site. The below grade parkade is six storeys, and technically seven storeys when including the ventilation trench. The podium buildings range from two-six storeys. The office tower at the southeast corner of the site is 39 storeys inclusive of the mechanical penthouse.
