Project Description
Plumbing - Underpinning shall be constructed in concrete and carried to the level of competent undisturbed soil. The footprint shall match the current footing. Panels will be constructed first in section. An undisturbed soil berm is to left in place until the commencement of excavation or each underpinning section. Walk out will be added to front of basement.
