Project Description

Plumbing - Renovation work at house consists of removing some interior walls at ground floor level to open up the floor plan and adding a new shower at the basement level; new interior finishes in these areas. Revise existing plumbing to suit revised layout. Scope includes addition of two new windows at south elevation. New garage to be constructed on footprint of existing garage which is in a state of disrepair. Floor areas to remain unchanged.
