Project Description

Rev 01: Second floor joists raised 10" and 3rd floor joists lowered 5". Resulted in change to staircase from ground to third floor. Proposal to alter the existing single family dwelling by constructing a second and third storey addition, interior alterations to the existing ground floor and basement, a ground floor rear deck, new front basement walkout, and new front porch.
