Rev 02: Proposal to remove the 2nd floor rear wood deck and sliding glass door (from master bedroom - lower deck to remain) and add a set of stairs from the lower rear wood deck to grade.Rev. 01: Revisions to layout and structural changes to the basement, ground floor and 2nd floor levels.Proposal to construct a new rear ground deck, a new rear second floor rear deck, a new front porch roof, construct a new rear yard detached private garage, carry out interior alterations throughout the existing dwelling and finish the basement to convert the existing dwelling from a duplex to a single family dwelling.
