Project Description
Application for both permits (Block A 20 146268 BLD 00 NB & Block B 20 146276 BLD 00 NB). This application considers the two blocks as one building. Waiving the requirement to incorporate standpipe and hose systems complete with 38 mm diameter hose connections as required by OBC 3.2.9.1.(1) through the provision of fire hydrant coverage within 45 m of the entrance to each suite, fire separation of level 4, and sprinkler protection of dwelling units (including all washrooms and closets will be sprinklered).
