STRUCTURAL RENOVATIONSThis is a renovation of the ground floor Porte Cochere, Queen Street Entrance & East exit stair. The Porte Cochere will have a new driveway assembly, new entrance off of York St, new facades & entrance to the Lobby, new canopy, ceiling & lighting. The Queen St Entrance will replace the existing canopy & entrance with new. A new entrance screen with planter beam will be installed & ground surfaces replaced. East exit stair existing roof structure will be removed and a new roof installed.
