Project Description

REV 02: Proposal to install a sound wall along the existing retaining wall to mitigate any noise that may bother neighbouring residents. To accomplish this, a sound wall will be constructed on top of the existing retaining wall. Right now, there is a wooden fence on top, it will be removed and replaced with a sound wall. Also, we will install silencers on our noise-creating BESS equipment and for this, we are pouring 4 concrete foundations to install the silencer units on top.Revised structural foundation in site plan from helical piles to concrete pad foundations. Concrete foundations for both BESTS is less invasive and requires shallow excavation that will avoid potential obstructions underground.Pre-fabricated 40 'containers on site .These enclosures are going on helical piles and are battery storages systems(BESS) with interconnection equipment such as Power conversation Units and transformers
