Project Description
Proposal for interior alterations for landlord improvement work to vacant unit 201 that is adjacent to the main lobby by creating barrier free access to the unit. Unit slab to be demolished and a new slab installed levelled with the main lobby. Access between level 1 & level 2 provided via a new lula passenger elevator within the unit. New ladder access to existing basement sprinkler room from within the unit. No change to the existing building footprint, height and setbacks.
