Project Description

The project is comprised of a retrofitting concrete ledge beam in a single level underground parking garage servicing a multi block low rise building towers. The work includes removal of the existing exterior deteriorated concrete from top surface of the ledge and adjacent roof slab, replacing it with new concrete and waterproofing the repaired concrete. Existing steel reinforcement bars will remain and will be retrofitted with the new steel reinforcement bars where it is needed.
