Project Description

Rev 01 - Proposal to remove all previously proposed construction in the kitchen area of the ground floor. The existing ground floor level will remain unchanged.Proposed interior renovations to the existing 2.5 storey, detached single family dwelling. Basement renovations to include underpinning (39.0 lm) and acquiring an additional 10m2 of existing unexcavated crawl space area for the finished basement, new drains and waterproofing. Proposed new steel beam in basement and ground floor new bathrooms, laundry area and basement finishing (58m2).
