Rev 1: Revised to include an additional release key switch for Electromagnetic Locking Devices. Proposal for the installation of electromagnetic locking devices in elevator lobbies and on the tower crossover floors at the exit stair shaft doors to limit access to residential floors for residents only, while maintaining exiting from the floors and allowing for crossover between exit stair shafts during emergency as well.
