Project Description

FS - Sprinkler Shop Drawing - Proposal to build a new one storey medium hazard industrial building (group F2) for communications and broadcasting establishment. A single story building, comprised of 2 sound stages for media production and amenity spaces(washrooms and various rooms that support the sound stages). Building construction will consist ofpoured concrete foundations, steel superstructure, precast concrete walls for sound stages, insulatedmetal panels walls for amenity area. All areas of the building will be fully sprinklered and with a multizone hvac system. The entire building pad will have an under-slab vapor intrusion protection system.
