Project Description

Revision 4 - Selective demolition of the 26th floor buildout as approved in Permit Amendment 3. Relocation of previously approved meeting rooms. Construction of (2) new convenient single-use shower rooms which include their own lavatory and water closet. Please note the existing plumbing fixtures as provided are in excess of the minimum as required by the OBC; refer to Code Matrix on G0200. These shower rooms are not required nor intended to be barrier-free.Interior office buildout of existing shell space including offices, meeting rooms, staff lounge on floors 26, 27 and 28.
