Revision to Existing Plumbing and HVAC Permit (20-141293-HVA-01-MS, 20141293-PLD-01) to include changes to ERVs, Gas fired unit heater, hotwater tank, split A/C unit and Sump Pump etc. at the Ground floorRevision 01 - Reduce the scope of the work.HVAC - PROPOSED: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SELECTIVE DEMOLITION OF THE BUILDING. DEMOLITION OF A PORTION OF THE BUILDING AND INTERIOR SELECTIVE DEMOLITION OF LARGE PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING IN PREPARATION FOR FUTURE NEW RE-DEMISING. OCCUPANCY/WASHROOMS OF THE ALTERED AREAS TO BE APPLIED FOR AS PART OF SEPARATE NEW CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. EXISTING TO BE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION.
