Project Description

Scope includes: demolition of partition walls, create three bedrooms and two bathrooms, structural floor recess for curb less shower, moving HVAC supply branch and shortening trunk, raise ceiling joists, new pocket doors, and replacement of existing windows (no change to to size or structural openings. No changes to the building footprint or exterior structural walls. Plumbing and mechanical systems updated to suit new layout.
