REV 02 - HVAC ALTERATION FOR THE FULL INTERIOR RENOVATIONRev 01-Proposing new interior layout on four floors. External changes are to existing permit are: 1. Replacement of the front porch with porch entry no roof, 2. Create bigger openings at the back of building (no changes to unprotected areas)HVAC - Interior alterations to the existing dwelling - Basement underpinnig and alterations to create a second suite with a basement walkout. New window and door openings in exterior brick walls, demolish and replacement of third floor rear dormers.
