Revision 01 - Rental Area 1: Area of work reduced; 2nd floor interior scope for Rental Area 1 omitted, Elevator & Convenience Stair from Ground Floor to 2nd Floor omitted; 2nd Floor Glazing replacement omitted (existing to remain); Ground floor overhead glass doors to be omitted & replaced with fixed glazing; Existing canopy over entrance to be added to demolition scopeRental Area 2: Return interior areas back to base building ; New exterior Mechanical platform for dedicated Rental Area 2 HVAC equipment. Proposal to alter the existing non-residential building by removing and reconstructing a side lobby entrance (fronting York Street), constructing interior alterations to the basement, ground and second floors, and re-cladding of exterior elements (including facade upgrades).
