Project Description

Plumbing - Proposal to construct a two-storey City of Toronto Community Recreation Centre and Child Care, including an aquatic hall facility with a basement filtration room and a mechanical mezzanine. The project has been designed for Net Zero Energy, Near Zero Emissions and meets the Canada Green Building Council Zero Carbon Design Standard. The project was submitted under the City of Toronto's Green Building Standard, Version 3, meeting Tier 4 requirements.
