Project Description

Proposal to to replace the existing built-up roof system (inclusive of exisitng wood deck) and replace it with a new metal deck and PVC membrane roof system. To support the new roof system, new steel beams will be installed in certain locations. In addition to the roof work, there will be mechanical and electrical demolition of miscellaneous abandoned process equipment and installation of new lighting where required.
