Project Description
Part Permit - Construction of new Toronto Courthouse, a new 17 storey modernized institution, including 63 new courtrooms, a public atrium, new public realm, prisoner handling area on the B1 level, and private judicial parking on the B2 level. Integration of heritage and indigenous elements with an enhanced accessibility program throughout the building. It is anticipated that this courthouse will be built to a LEED silver status.
