Project Description
Asbestos and mold containing demolition. All walls, mechanical, electrical and fireproofing in room 31 are to be removed as indicated in the drawing sets to leave the space asbestos free. The future space will be converted in to one large laboratory with the corridor wrapping around to align with the eastern exterior wall of Galbraith. The existing mold containing environmental chamber in room 12 is to be fully removed.
