Project Description
REVISION 2 - delete operable partition at Gridline K and replace with a fixed partition, update structure for movable partition at Gridline 7 to align with submital requirement and align sprinkers to suit35th Floor. Conference Centre to be a Group A Division 2 major occupancy with subsidiary Group D business lounge. Remainder of the space will be Group D office space. Renovations will consist of the erection of new partitions and the modification of existing building services. Base building core will not be modified.
